T2 Transit is a customs-transit specialist operated by Premier Customs Solutions Ltd (PCSL), based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. We focus exclusively on the Common Transit Convention (CTC) — the procedure that lets goods move across the UK, EU, EFTA, Türkiye, Serbia, North Macedonia and the Western Balkans with duty and VAT suspended until they reach their declared destination.
Our clients are hauliers, freight forwarders, removers and traders who need fast, accurate NCTS declarations at any hour. We lodge T1 declarations for non-Union goods, T2 for Union goods transiting non-EU territory, and T2L / T2LF for proof of Union status. We also manage the Customs Comprehensive Guarantee that every transit movement ending outside the UK requires.
