T2 / T2F / T2L Documents

Internal transit and proof-of-Union-status documents

T2 is internal transit for Union goods that temporarily leave EU customs territory but retain Union status — typical when Union goods cross Switzerland, the UK landbridge or another non-EU CTC country. T2F covers movements to or from the EU's special fiscal territories (Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Åland). T2L and T2LF are proof-of-status documents used in maritime trade between Union ports.

We prepare each document type with the correct legal basis, supporting evidence of Union status and the right office of departure / destination references.

How It Works

  1. 1Confirm whether the movement needs T2, T2F, T2L or T2LF
  2. 2Gather proof of Union status (sales invoice, transport docs, prior declarations)
  3. 3Lodge T2 / T2F on NCTS or prepare T2L / T2LF document for endorsement
  4. 4Track discharge or status acceptance at destination
